Kendra what made you decide to go on this transformation journey?

“I have been yo-yo dieting with my best friend for as long as I can remember and I’ve been trying different diets and programs for at least 10 years now and always seem to have little to no success so I actually promised myself I would never try another program.
One day I was scrolling Facebook and found your ad and just “liked” the ad so I would be retargeted and when I saw it again next time I actually clicked and watched the video and it was unlike anything I’ve tried before so I decided to to a leap of faith and try one more thing. And lord, I’m so happy I did!”

Before working with us, what did you do to lose weight?

“Oh my gosh, YESSSS!! I’m the queen of fad diets! I was in the military so I often would eat very little and work out in excessive amounts and that “worked” but honestly I was just young and lucky, haha!

After having a few babies I decided to be a beachbody coach and did workouts and ate clean and out of tiny containers, I quit that after a while and started using Ketones from another MLM company along with eating a strict Keto diet (Keto rage is the worst!!), I quit that rather quickly, I tried another MLM called Advocare and it worked but I had to take a million supplements and drink these nasty fiber drinks so that was VERY short lived and guess what? I tried YET another company that has a “happy coffee” and a supplement pill that magically make you lose weight.

Finally I just gave up and decided to just accept that after 4 children and at age 30, my body would never be how it once was again. “

What was different when you started working with us?

“All of these diets and programs did work but they were so strict and hard to stick to and I would only last for a few weeks before my weight loss high and my cravings would take over and I would end up binge eating and having “cheat weeks”.  I’d gain all the weight back and have to start all over. 

This program is literally the only program that has ever told me to NOT burn myself out in the gym and to eat MORE!  I thought I was going to gain weight and honestly was expecting to lose money on another crappy program again but to my surprise my body quickly began dropping weight and I truly understood the damage I had done to my metabolism in the past and could not believe how simple this program was… seriously life changing.”

“oh my goodness 😂 I’m not a good example here. I’m a mom of 4 so my diet is all over the place sometimes but here we go. Typically my day looks like this….”


I have coffee with a little almond milk and honey


Fruit or a another protein shake or sometimes I’ll even have some Halo Top Ice cream or chips and dip as a treat.


I Have a bagel with butter & a ready to drink protein shake & I also drink a greens shake. mind you I only eat this because I prefer to fast through the day but I had to put some calories in during the day or I couldn’t reach my calories.


I eat I large dinner every evening, Let it be burgers, tacos, spaghetti, pizza or whatever I make for my family. I have a large plate and feel completely satisfied at the end of the meal.

Favourite cheat meal?

“Chick-Fil-A for sure!! Or Ice cream!!!”

Kendra’s Motivation

“My best friend follows this program as well so her and I y’all daily about our weight and what we are eating and what not but with this program I don’t really feel like I need constant motivation, I’m not hungry and I’m not craving so the desire to give up isn’t really something I’ve struggled with.

“Wait what? Did I seriously lose 35 pounds??

Wait hold the phone…..Am I wearing size 7 Jeans???

Wait wait…..where did my boobs & booty go? 😂😂😂

Feeling like a champ here y’all!!”

Did you find yourself falling off the plan at all?

“No way!! Like I said earlier, I’m honestly able to eat whatever I like and don’t feel deprived or guilty if I have an unhealthy meal. 

I don’t typically go over my calories because I’m always so full.

I don’t even feel like I’m on a diet so falling off seems harder to me than staying on track haha!”

Did you take in supplements to help you on this journey?

“I drink protein shakes and a greens shake but that’s all I have used this far, I am however considering purchasing the supplements you offer after reading a few positive reviews.”

Kendra's Final Words

“Honestly, trust the process and make sure you are true to yourself. If you aren’t tracking you can’t make changes. 

Don’t give up either, I still weigh myself daily and my scale goes up and down depending on where I am in my cycle sometimes 4 pounds from one day to the next, but just keep going and you will see results!!”
