Carly what made you decide to go on this transformation journey?

“All of my life, I have struggled to maintain a healthy weight. I was always the overweight kid. About five years ago, my best friend, Kendra, and I decided to get healthy. We tried every diet there was from shakeology, to Beachbody, to keto, to plexus, to elevacity etc. You name it, we tried it. I lost a few pounds but it never really stuck. I found myself constantly hungry and hating it. Finally, Kendra found this program four months ago and I was skeptical at first, but decided to try it. I haven’t looked back since!”

Before working with us, what did you do to lose weight?

“I tried shakeology, pruvit, keto, low carb, Beachbody, elecacity, watching my macros, and constant working out. At one point, I was borderline eating disorder. I was eating barely 1000 calories a day and doing cardio a minimum of two hours a day to burn as many calories as I possibly could. It was so unhealthy. I look back in shock at myself.”

What was different when you started working with us?

“The education behind this system really taught me how awful we can be to our own bodies. We mess up our metabolism through all of these fad diets. 

I loved how time was spent to educate me on how my body works and not just tell me how to do a program. Because let me tell you, I was so skeptical when they kept telling me to add calories. 

I was so afraid all of the weight I had previously lost was gonna come right back. Not too mention, the support system is phenomenal. Everyone is so uplifting and encouraging.”

“My diet could be so much better. To be honest, I am a field corporate supervisor for an owner of 36 Mcdonalds so I am paid to test fast food daily literally, however I still lose weight!”

A normal day for me consists of a protein shake for breakfast

Something from McDonald’s for lunch, usually chicken nuggets or a salad

Dinner
 

Dinner is usually heavy with veggies and either chicken, fish, or pork.

“What I love the most about this program is that I don’t have to cut out my favorite foods or anything that I may be craving. If want pasta or pizza, I can have it! This was life changing for me, especially with my job. “

Favourite cheat meal?

“Ooooooh definitely that fettuccine Alfredo and breadsticks. Mmmmm mouth is watering right now!”

Carly’s Motivation

“Majority of my motivation comes from my best friend, Kendra Linberg who also is in this program. That girl pushes my buttons and my butt every day to keep going and offers a support system lol. 

Honestly though, I’m a very competitive person so we usually make a challenge out of our weight loss. And of course, as I continue to lose and get closer to my goals, that’s motivation too.

Fat Burning Exercises

“I pretty much just get my steps in for exercise. I literally used to run 5 or more miles a day, but that all changed when I started this program. 

Now, I have to get 9000 steps in everyday. 

Sometimes, if I’m feeling extra saucy, I may throw some crunches, running, or strength building workouts in. 

But typically, I just walk baby!”

Did you take in supplements to help you on this journey?

“I have not taken any supplements other than a daily multi vitamin and protein shakes to help me on this journey. “

How much weight have you lost? How long have you been doing Kaiserfit?

“I have lost 58 pounds total and 20 pounds of that has been on Kaiserfit.
I started Kaiserfit in March of 2020 and lost those 20 pounds in just these four short months. The other 38 pounds is what I lost total over the course of the last 5 years of dieting with unhealthy fad diets. “

Did you find yourself falling off the plan at all?

“No. For the first time in any of my diets, I was able to stick to the plan and not want to cheat or stop. “
